  • Booking and purchase details – including the workshops, classes, or items you book or purchase, dates, and payment confirmation (we do not store full card details; these are handled securely by our payment processor)

  • Send you booking confirmations and important updates about your order
  • Send you marketing emails about new products, workshops, or offers, where you have given consent

  • Contract: processing your name, email, and booking/purchase details is necessary to fulfil your booking or order

Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in (for example, by ticking a box or signing up to our newsletter).

  • Booking and purchase records: 6 years, for tax purposes
  • Marketing/newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or 3 years of inactivity

Sharing your information

We may share your information with trusted third parties who help us run our business, such as:

  • Omnisend – to send newsletters and marketing emails
  • Big Cartel – to manage bookings
  • Stripe – to process payments

These providers only use your data as instructed by us and are required to keep it secure.

We will not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
